Terms and Conditions

Mabrouk is run by Samir Haddad, a sole proprietor based in Lebanon ("we", "us"). Contact: mabrouk@makers-lb.com.

1. What you are buying

The Mabrouk planner is a digital product for planning a Lebanese wedding day. For a one-time price of $38 (USD) you get:

the wedding-day runsheet as a PDF, in English (and in Arabic once that edition is released);
an editable planning workbook (Excel) with trackers for budget, vendors and guests;
access to an online download area where you can get the files.

There is no subscription and nothing renews. The planner is general guidance; you remain responsible for the decisions you make for your wedding.

2. Paying by card: Paddle is the seller

Card orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle sells the product to you, handles payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts, and card refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to those orders together with these terms.

3. Paying with Whish

Buyers in Lebanon can pay with Whish Money. In that case you buy directly from Samir Haddad and these terms alone apply.

4. Delivery and access

After payment we send you access to your files by email, normally within 24 hours. Download access stays open until three months after your wedding date (or 18 months from purchase if you haven't set a date). Please save copies of your files; they are yours to keep.

5. Licence

The files are for your personal use for your own wedding. You may print them and share them with your family, wedding party and vendors. You may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the planner accurate, but customs vary between families, regions and religious communities. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the price you paid. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
