Privacy Policy

What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address and, if you give it, your WhatsApp number.
- In your download area: your wedding date (optional), used only to work out how long your access lasts.
- Payment details: we never see your card. Card payments are handled by Paddle, and Whish payments by Whish Money, under their own privacy policies.
We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site.
Why we use it
- to deliver your files and give you access to the download area;
- to answer your questions and handle refunds;
- to keep records of sales, as the law requires.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you ask for them.
Who processes it for us
- Paddle: card payments, tax and receipts (Merchant of Record).
- Whish Money: Whish payments.
- Supabase: sign-in and the download area.
- Cloudflare: delivers order notifications.
- Telegram: order notifications to the seller.
- Our email provider: sign-in links and replies to you.
Some of these services store data outside your country, including in the EU and the US.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else is deleted on request or within 12 months after your access ends.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing mabrouk@makers-lb.com. We reply within 30 days. If you live in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
