Refund Policy

14 days, no questions asked. If the planner isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you get the full $38 back, even if you have downloaded the files.
How to ask
- Paid by card (Paddle): reply to your Paddle receipt email, or use the "Receipts and invoices" button in your download area, or write to paddle.net. You can also email us and we will arrange it with Paddle.
- Paid with Whish: email mabrouk@makers-lb.com with the email you ordered with. We send the money back to your Whish account.
When you get the money
We approve refund requests within 2 business days. Card refunds then reach your bank in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Whish refunds usually arrive the same day.
After a refund
Your download access is closed once the refund is made.
After 14 days
We can't usually refund after 14 days, except where the law where you live gives you that right, or the files were faulty and we couldn't fix them.
